Still doing good.......

Besides a little boredom, Mom is doing good! No side effects yet. She is on Day 5.........and the goal is to be going home by Day 14-20. Hopefully only a week and a half to two weeks left.....

Continue to pray for no side effects, and for the stem cells to engraft in the bone marrow without mom's body putting up to much of a fight........

Thanks for the prayers...........love ya all!

  1. Day 5 and still feeling good!! We are so thankful. I am so excited to share a grandbaby with you! You have so much to teach me! I was looking for an alternative name for "Grandma" online and I think I shall be Gram-Diva...What do you think? Have I got a story to tell her (or him) about their Grandma Provance. About how one very strong woman fought the fight of her life while touching so many friends and family by her incredible faith. About how she never waivered in that faith through a very difficult time in her life. About how many times she reminded others that it God who was in control of this fight and He was healing her on his time table not ours. I will share how her faith in God shone brightly through each one of her children as they shared her journey. I will tell them that she is a very amazing woman and they are one of most blessed in the world to have her as their Grandma!! Counting the last days left in your recovery and praying they are good days with no side effects as God restores your healthy body. Then together we can count the days until our new little miracle comes. See you very soon. Love, Cindy

  2. Hello Mary,
Little did we know when we met in Puerto Vallarta all those years ago that you and my Renee would be both fighting for your lives a few short years later. After the removal of three brain tumors left her paralyzed from the neck down four years ago, Renee now walks unaided despite partial paralysis in her right leg. God has given us a miracle and we believe He is giving the same one to you! Please know that we continue to pray for you and are trusting that one day in the near future you and Greg and Renee and I will all be able to once again sit together to enjoy a wonderful meal just as we did on the beach at sunset there in Mexico.
It's obvious you have many who love and care for you and we thank them for keeping this site updated so we can check on your well being.
Our prayer is that God continues to heal you and blesses you and Greg and all those you love.
    With love in Christ,
Tom & Renee Treece - Monroe, Michigan

  3. Dear Mary,

Praying the days ahead will be uneventful and God's glory will shine through you. Just because they say it may happen doesn't mean we need to accept it. We have overcome many hurdles with Sarah because we have embraced God's healing for her as we will for you. We will be in town on the 21st and I am looking forward to seeing you. Praying you will be home by then. Also Congrats! I take it Suzanne is pregnant? One more reason to keep on fighting.
    Love you,
    Tracy

  4. Mary,

I'm glad that you are still feeling alright and that the side effects haven't been too bad so far. Keep fighting and keep hanging in there this next week or two.

I've been fighting a bad cold ... and so my germs and I couldn't come visit you this past weekend. Hopefully I will be able to visit you this coming weekend.

    Love,
    Angie
